Reputable tour operator registered with Pakistan government

Country forums / Indian Subcontinent / Pakistan

Hi
I plan to travel to Pakistan at the end of March 2013 and need to be sponsored by a tour operator in Pakistan. I will be in Lahore for 2 weeks but do not want to go around with a tour group.

Does anyone know of a reputable company that I can get a letter of introduction from?

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Please see the following link:

They charge USD 50 for the LOI. If you need any further info or help do let me know. I am based at Lahore.

Cheers

I returned last summer from a couple of weeks in Pakistan, few days of which was doing the Rupal face Trek & the rest seeing the main cultural and scenic sights.

I booked through(got LOI) and used Expert Treks & Tours and found them to be very well organised, accommodating, happy to customise my trip to whatever I wanted, and ultimately provided a great service.

Be careful from the scam of unregistered travel companies & so called tour operators in Pakistan.
