Rent Backpacks and tent!?

I am in Iceland now and have just decided I want to do a multi-day backpacking trip in Hornstandir. But of course I left my backpack and tent in NYC. Any suggestions on where to rent gear? Either in Rekyjavik or the Westfjords.
