regarding trekking in Kyrgyztan

Hi,
Could anyone please recommend me a Nice area to do 8-10 days of hiking in Kyrgyztan in beginning of August. I have done a lot of hiking, have my own tent and can cook for my self if necessary. I have sent Kyrgyz Commnity based Tourism an email as I would like to have a guide and maybe a horse, but not gotten any reply yet. Does anyone know how much one should expect to pay per day for an organized tour? Thanks a lot!

Hi CBT should answer your mail. Try to contact local offices directly. Can't remember the exact prices but I know that one day with horse, guide, meals and accommodation was around 50-60 USD. Of course, if you are more people you share trasports and guide costs....
CBT is very reliable and offers very nice trips.
