Rec's for rooftop Mandalay restaurant?

Hello - I'm looking for recommendations for rooftop restaurants in Mandalay with a good view. Hopefully, it's veg-friendly (and food is also ok?!). I was thinking the restaurant at the Hotel Yadanarbon...are there other options?
