Rail Service at Tulipan Station

I was recently cycling past Tulipan railroad station and noticed that the roadbed there was torn up for renewal (a good thing) and that the station itself was not usable. Does anyone know what effect this is having on service to, inter alia, el Rincon, San Antonio de los Banos and Batabano? Is service suspended, cancelled or being provided from the penultimate station? What is the expected duration of this interruption?

Does anyone know the answers to any of the above or have a relevant comment?
