anyone knows whether it is possible to visit quneitra and whether we need a special paper for it, and where to get it.

It is possible to visit Al-Quneitra city ... but it needs special procedure ... you have to apply for that in Damascus ... I dont know what to do exactly but you can ask in the Tourism office or even the hotel reception where you stay .. many people do that ...
