[Q] Turkey Visa-on-arrival in Hopa land crossing (US passport)

Hi,

Does anyone know whether it is possible to get Turkey visa on arrival at Hopa (land border with Georgia)?

I'm US citizen, and the Turkish ministry website says visa-on-arrival is available at airports for US (and other) passport holders, but it is not clear whether this is true at land borders like Hopa.

FYI, I'm having trouble paying for e-visa on their website, hence the need for visa on arrival.

Yes,VOA is still available even though it means a bit of a wait at the office :)
