pulau sibu

has anyone been to pulau sibu outside of mersing? we were wondering about going there...

Suggest you go to Pulau Tioman, which has more things to do and see, then on your way back to Mersing you can drop by at Pulau Sibu.

I've been to Sibu several times and can recommend Sibu Island Cabanas. It's a beautiful little resort on a great stretch of beach. They have a website you can check out (www.sibuisland.com). I didn't really enjoy Tioman as it is quite pricy if you want to have a nice spot on the beach and it can get pretty crowded. If you're looking for a totally relaxing holiday away from everything it's the best place to go.
