Places/Cities, I mentioned to embassy site online are:
MOSCOW, SAINT PETERSBURG, IRKUTSK, NOVOSIBIRSK, KRASNOYARSK,KAZAN, MURMANSK, ULAN-UDE, BURYATIA, BAIKAL LAKE
Please prepare an itinerary daywise, by mentioning the places to visit in these places.

Make sure you go to Gorky Park in Moscow, it really is fascinating. Also the Metro is stunning, sounds crazy but it really is.
Also, there is basically nothing to do at Irkutsk apart from go to Lake Baikal.

Also, 3-days ice trek is possible but in November might be physically difficult. Buryatia and Ulan-Ude: Ivolginskiy Datzan is must visit. Also, Tunka Valley w/hot springs is worth visit.
