Playa Ancon Cuba

Hi,
Has anyone here been diving in the Playa Ancon region of Cuba?
I might have a good deal with hotel Costa Sur, but i'd like to know first if there is any good diving to be done there...
I'll also be gratefull if you have comments on that hotel too!

We did a couple of days diving there around 2000. It was quite good for Cuba - they have a wall nearby. No idea on the hotel but the beach is nice & it's right next door to Trinidad which is worth a visit in its own right. Also good diving at Faro Luna near Cienfuegos which isn't far away.
