Place to stay near Palmweg...that is less than $100US

Hi....

I was hoping to stay at the Grootberg Lodge, but I'm not going to it because they advertize that they will wave the single supplement in the off season...but when you ask them about it..... it's only for South Africa and southern Africa residents. I know about the different prices in southern Africa, but to discriminate against a single traveller because he'she happens to be alone, it a little over the line for me.

I know that there is a cheap guesthouse in Kamanjab which is a little far from Grootberg Lodge, but I was hoping that there might something cheap in Palmwag which is closer to Grootberg, but nothing comes up. Does there happen to be somewhere near Palmwag that is not so expensive.

Where are you going afterwards your visit to this area?

If you bring a tent why not stay overnight at Hoada Camp site?

A second vote for Hoada Campsite if you're camping, we stayed for 2 nights last June and we were the only ones there. A great place to chill.
