Party in Scandinavia

Hello,

We are three dutch boys and we would like to spend the last week of August somewhere in Scandinavia, perefrably in Sweden. We were told that Gotland would be the best place to visit for beaches, parties etc. However on the forum people say that the partying is over end of August. Does this mean that there are no parties at all?

Alternatively we are also interested in Norway or Denmark in the last week of August as long as there are beaches and some partying (and of course local girls). Anyone some suggestions?

Most Scandinavians take their holidays in July. At the end of August there will be people at the beach if it's a nice weekend, but it isn't going to be the same as if you went in the middle of July in terms of parties. Your best parties will be in nightclubs in the city by late August.

If you want partying on the beach in August, head for Greece or Spain
