party hostel salvador or a cheap single room

Hello can anyone recommend a good party hostel in salvador? Or also looking for a good single room there. Ive got one for 20 a night in itacare and dont want to leave because I dont think I canfindone as cheap in salvador

20's what I paid (reais, of course), at both hostels I stayed at Salvador. I spent a night at Albergue do Porto (Barra, coastal, about 5-6km from Pelourinho) and three nights at Nega Maluca, 2-3 minutes walk from Largo do Pelourinho. Not the definition of party hostels, but very cozy, especially Nega Maluca, and perfect to meet other travelers.

personally I'd just stay in itacare as long as you can!!! but then i love surfing

What is a party hostel? Indulge me I'm curious
