thursday night we are planing to go out in panama city also sleep there. we re considering going to the beach friday
We are Jewish and keep the sabbath, which means it would keep us stuck in one area for 25hours 6pm friday-7pm saturday.
from my research there is no nightlife on the beach which is a deterrent to stay there saturday night. We want to stay in a comfortable place and willing to spend 150-300 a night for sleeping arrangements.
one is it worth staying on the beach for a day
are there any must places to go to in panama not 2 far.
ive been to bocas and i was quite disappointed in my stay there. accommodations were sub par food was terrible and slow on the whole island.

| 2travel2know14:48 UTC12 Jun 2012 | There a 2 hotels in Coronado, however 1 of those may not be "walking distance" to Coronado synagogue.
Must contact that congregation office in Panama City before hand if want to attend Shabat prayers there.
You could stay in Coronado from Fridays before sunset to Saturday after sunset, then return to the city.
Other option to spend 25+ hours on a beach are Intercontinental Playa Bonita, The Decameron, Playa Blanca Resort, Sheraton Bijao and Buenaventura.
