Otres 2 Low Season Start?

Hi all, a question for those who know Otres 1/2 well- 4~5 years...

When does the low season start? I need quiet at night (9~10 pm) and in January/February '16, the noise went on to sunrise. But I was there in December '15, and it was peaceful then.

But when does the peace begin?

On another note, there was a problem with rats where I stayed. Can anyone recommend a clean, rat-free place in the $600 (or a little more :) on Otres1/2 ?
