Organized tours on a short notice

Is it easy/hard/possible to organize a "tour" let say thru the South Parks and Reserves from one day to another once in Tana? Let say, we arrive to Tana on Sept/28 and would like to set up for the trip the following morning... Unfortunately, emailing or web browsing did not help us so far to find someone to do that for us... :(

Any recommendation?

Thanks for the tip. If you know more contacts, please... Or recommendations what to do once in Antananarivo to get all smoothly done, not to be "tricked", etc... What is the price range for this season... Thank you.

The tour with fihlusko07@hotmail.com went alright. Little complications - nothing major. This guy speaks very good English, though his driver has a really limited knowledge - so, do not expect much unless you are fluent in French (or Malagasy - of course :-)) He drove us very safe and for the national parks we always had another guide with okayish knowledge of English, so it was fine, giving us all the info we needed for that place.
