Oban: Knipoch Hotel or Manor House?

I'm returning to Oban after 16 years. We will be there for three nights, and I was wondering about hotels. On the visit in 1997 we stayed in town and had dinner one night at Knipoch Hotel five or six miles south of Oban. The food was great and the hotel seemed very nice, so I was thinking of staying there this time. I am also thinking of the Manor House, which is closer to town. Can anyone compare the two? Thanks!
