NEW BACKPACKER CAMP! - the equator

Hey guys!

I spent some time in Uganda last year and spent a lot of time with Edirisa in SW Uganda (Kabale district). They just announced that they have opened a new backpackers camp site on the equator at Uganda Martyrs University. From my experience, everything they do is unique, cultural, well-done, and managed by a type of interesting locals and international volunteers from around the world.

If you're traveling from Kampala and need a place to stay... or like me and HATE BIG CITIIES IN AFRICA!... then I recommend you avoid Kamapla and just go straight to this place. For the nature, culture, and art lovers of the world this is the place for you!
