Hello Asalah
My name is Dror and I come from a smaller country in the Middle East (Israel):).
In Pokhara you can find "3 sisters" an agency specializing in women traveling.
I guess there maybe a similar agency in Kathmandu but I am not sure.
All the best now

For best part of Nepal to visit it depends what you like to do. If you like trekking for many people the best is trekking to the region called Solo Khumbu where the highest mountain in the world in English is Mt Everest or in Tibetan is Chomolungma, means “Goddess Mother of the World” or “Goddess of the Valley.” The Sanskrit name Sagarmatha means literally “Peak of Heaven.”

Next popular trekking area is Annapurna mountain region near Pokhara city second biggest in Nepal.

If you do not like trekking Kathmandu city has many sites and Pokhara city and surrounding area will allow you introduction to mountain views and short treks. You can also get flight tours over Mount Everest and helicopters to land into the mountains, stay near Lukla and walk around the area in the middle of 7000m mountain valleys with snow top mountains, waterfalls, forest and rivers among local culture. If you google online for pictures you will see many examples.

Next is Chitwan National Park for animal safari tours to see Asian rhino and tigers.

It’s not possible write everything for you here so best to get a good guidebook on what to see in Nepal.

You can not "see the country" in days and probably not even in months and you need to define "best" in your eyes.
I think that many people choose Nepal for it's unparalleled trekking experience but even this is not narrowed down enough.
Is that what you are looking for?
If yes, you can think of the length in days that better fit your plans and maybe people will be able to help you sort the options.
In any case it seems that some more reading will benefit you at this stage.
Good luck.
