Namibia in October?Country forums / Africa / Namibia
Hi, I'm planning a trip to Namibia this year, but between social events and work it looks like early october is going to be the earliest I can arrange my trip for. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Olilia
I was in Etosha in early October 2007 and saw plenty--it was extremely dry (yes, even drier than usual), so sightings were actually easier than usual. CK | 1
October is NOT rainy season - it is the opposite. Rainy season is roughly DEC-Feb/March. It will be very dry and warm to hot. It will be excellent game viewing time. | 2
We visitted Namibia in October also. The animals were still there! Edited by: tommie_5 | 3
