Quick question - anyone definitely know of a place that serves mujaddara in Amman? | ||
No . Restauranteers regard it as the poor mans food.they are embarassed to have it on their menu. | 1 | |

Un Osmat thanks for bringing that to this subject.Koushary is known by the Egyptian guest workers in Jordan as the poor man dish.It is similar Mujadarra. cheap and filling. | 13 | |
