Mountainbiking Kyrgyzstan

Hello everyone,
I'll be in Kyrgyzstan in AUgust for two weeks and I'm looking for good places to go mountainbiking. I'm mostely interested in one-day or two-day tours, I also need to rent a bike.
I'm in a good shape, but it should not be too extrem :)

I'll mostely be in the north of the country.
