Mosquitoes in Bahwalpur

I'm very much worried about mosquitoes in lower Punjab Sindh.. I'm planning to visit Bahawalpur and Multan also. Can somebody tell me situation of mosquitoes in January?

There re almost no mosquitoes in lower Punjab like Bahawalpur & Multan.
Make sure to bring mosquito repellent in case there is any.

Southern Punajb is full of mosquitoes but that is in a particular season like from May till September when they are at the risk of malaria and dengue, January is an off-season month but you may keep some good mosquito mat and repellent.
