Maybe Pai, but the weather?

Hi, we are on phagnan and thinking we might head up for Pai. But can anyone whos is in the area give a brief weatherforecast. From looking e\at the internet the weather doesnt look that welcoming....

In nearby Chiang Mai, mostly overcast skies, a few afternoon/evening thunderclaps but no real rain. Periodic sunny breaks and then hot (then cloudy again). Fairly boring weather typical of the season. Don't worry about rain.

If you put Ko San Road on wheels and rolled it north, it would fit comfortably in Pai. Pai was the only place in Thailand where I saw traffic police stopping traffic to aid dreadlocked, henna tatooed wanderers across the street, as they could not pull it off unassisted.

I'd rather you put the net there to keep this type out and let the locals get some peace and quiet 8 )

KSR, Pai and KPN attract the same group of people. Put a net over all on them. And they think those backpacker ghettos represent Thailand.
