Manila Airport at 3 am

Hello,

I'm traveling alone and would like to know if know or have been at the Manila airport at night, is is safe at to stay there from 3:00 am to 6:00 am when my next flight leaves?

3 hours is nothing by the time you have gone the relevant security proceedures. Personally i would not bother with a transit lounge for what will end up about a two hour wait but there again i am a cheap skate. Regarding security if you are in the same terminal it wont be a problem as long as it remains open but if you have to change terminals then others might be better placed to advise you. However i doubt personal security is an issue in any airport these days.
