Madrid Hostals

I know i'm probably being very repetitive but I never have much luck when I search topics....I'm heading to spain with my boyfriend in mid May....I was wondering if anyone could give me some good advice about some good hotels/hostels. We prefer private double rooms, under 60 euro..... I've got some good leads for some smaller towns, so I really need some advice for the big cities.....Madrid and Barcelona.... Thanks!

My trip in Spain is also in mid May. Just reserved a double rm of an apartment at Barcelona called Apt. Centric Stay. My source is www.hostalworld.com, I have not yet started my trip so my suggestion may not be that concrete. But so far, I see the customers rating and comment in the net is quite positive, and it looks a neaty and modern apartment from the pictures. hope it can help. 30Euro/head.
