CAn anyone recommed cookbooks on Macau cuisines, in Macau? Must be in English though.

Difficult. David Wong who is a former chef and teaches at Macau's Institute For Tourism Studies has written a couple of books but mostly about Portuguese rather than Macanese food. Then there is Annabel Jackson's Macau on a Plate (Roundhouse, 1994).
