looking for safari companion/s from 29/8/07

Hi there,

I'm travelling solo from 29/8/07 for 1 month in & out of Nairobi & would like to team up with others for safari/travel. I prefer to go cheap & cheerful.

I would like to check out the Masai Mara from Nairobi.

I also wish to travel to Tanzania & hopefully get to Ngorongoro Crater & Olduvai, onto Moshi then Zanzibar back to Nairobi. However, nothing is set in concrete & I'm open to suggestions on itinerary.

I'll arrive to Nairobi the 25th. I'm planning to do a safari Massai Mara, Rift Valley, climb the Kilimanjaro if possible and go to the coast.

I'm flying out to kenya on 28/08/07, and i will be there for about 4 weeks. Im doing some volunteering work just outside of Karen, Nairobi, but this is only 3 days a week (monday, wednesday and thurs). If you're interested in doing any day excursions, 2/3 day safaris or meeting up for anything like that then i would be happy of the company!

Do you know where your staying? I'll be at the Nairobi Park Services near Karen & Langata. I'm hoping to organise a safari as soon as I get there - not sure how long that will take.

My friends are leaving earlier and I have a week in Zanzibar on my own (I am taking the bus from Mombasa - Dar Es Salaam on the 15th of September and then the ferry to Zan). If you are interested in joining, I would welcome a travelling companion. Dhruv.
