Looking for medicine in Hanoi......

Anyone know where you can get Immodium, Pepto Bismol, and quality bug spray in Hanoi................ I know we should have bought it beforehand but too late for that, anyone know of good places/shops.

We are in the old quarter......... 2nd day in and trying to get our bearings.

Try the supermarket near Hoan Kiem Lake. It's just south of the ANZ Bank on your right as you walk wilth the one way traffic. Any of the pharmacies will have Immodium or Berberin.

If you go to the little pharmacy on the corner of Hang Ga and Hang Vai (on Hang Vai), the pharmacist will actually sell you drugs at the "locals" price. Suggest picking up some Cipro there too if you don't have any with you already.
