looking for accommodation

Heading to SA for a wedding in a week, can't wait. Trying to organise some last minute accommodation. We're going to Amakhala game reserve for a day trip and were wondering if there was any B&B's or guest houses near there that we would be able to book.

Also if anyone has any recommendations for decent places to stay in Cape Town that won't break the budget.

Ummm - where's Amakhala? There are hundreds of little reserves all over the place. As for Cape Town - google Cape Town + accommodation

I loved Ashanti Lodge in Cape Town - has a large backpacker hostel building, with good size rooms (not crowded), and also has another 'lodge' around the corner with single and double rooms at a really reasonable rate. Realy clean, secure, 24 hours internet access, travel desk, and really helpful staff. Only about 5 minutes walk from centre of town (Long Street), but far enough away to not get the blaring noise of the nightclubs until 4 in the morning! Check out www.ashanti.co.za for their rates.
