LOI and visa application form

I recently applied through Stantours for a LOI for a visa on arrival at Tashkent airport.

They have sent me my LOI and also the visa application form (in pdf format with all the particulars filled in and a unique barcode) which I am meant to submit on arrival at the airport

My worry is that on the visa application form has an expiration date on top of it which says 01.10.2012 - this doesn't make sense to me as the dates for the visa on the form are from 6 October to 4 November and I only fly into Tashkent on 11th October 2012.

I am worried that I will be told that my application and LOI would not be valid at the airport. Stantour has assured me that the visa should still be issued at the airport.

Should I be worried ?

The same here, arriving on 10th August. Stantour gets me a visa with arrival date 5th Aug, which is a nice idea. However, the expiration date is 8th Aug. I have already sent an email to Stantour, waiting for the reply. So far no such complaint heard about Stantour, and I think there should not be a problem.

I have been reassured by Stan tours that I will get a the visa on arrival at Tashkent. They have a good record/name . Insh`Alhah all will go well.
The LOI is good for 3 months from date of issue.

which doesn't make it any better for me . My LOI was issued on 10 July and I am not due to fly into Tashkent until 11 October.

Stantours has assured me it's valid till mid -October but I dont know how much confidence I should have in their words. It has been quite frustrating as I would like to leave on a trip knowing that everything is order.
