Late flight to Managua

we arrive at 840 pm in Managua. Should we hire a taxi when we arrive and head straight to Granada or should we stay at a hotel near Managua?

Hotel recommendations? Any beta about hiring a taxi?

What are your destinations? I would say taxi right to Granada if that's the direction that you want to go.

Thorn, if your worried about traveling at night in Nica just walk across the street to the Best Western, very easy.
Still recommend get a taxi and head to Granada and be sipping beers by 10.

Apologies. You are correct, this was posted twice. My girlfriend spoke to her local friends and they suggested we stay in Managua for the night. I thought that was a horrible idea. I tried to find the thread, I couldn't, so I reposted to show her that we should go straight to Granada. Yes, I am blaming this on my girlfriend. Yes, we are going to Granada tonight. And yes, I am so excited to head to Nicaragua!
