Lares trail in Cusco

Heey,
We are two dutch girls that are traveling in Peru an Bolivia. We´ve heard about the Larestrail and we would like to do it on our own! Did anybody do this already? do you have some tips?
We also would like to have some company! Are there travelers that want to come with us? We want to go in the first week of juli!

I did the Salkantay trek a few weeks ago and asked my guide (llama path) about this trek... he said it was much easier than the route we were on (and a day shorter)... if you are interested in not too big of a challenge (not too much walking on the first day third day) and the culture interests you, this is supposed to be a very nice trek.
