Lake Bunyonyi: Byoona Amagara

Does somebody know whether Byoona Amagara (Lake Bunyonyi) is out of business? I tried to contact them via email or through the contact form on their website but so far there was no response?!

In the meantime I found out that they still are in business, the online booking system is working
but they told me that they had not received my email nor my message throught the contact form.
We haven't figured out yet whether this was a problem on their side or not.

What did they call it when I was there? The mazoongu corkscrew! I tried the same when I was there and ended up on an island where there was a non-profit organization working with orphans.
