Koh Jum to Koh Phi Phi ferry

I know this has come up before - but because of new information at http://www.kohjumonline.com/ferryboats.html I wanted to check if anyone had any up to date info.

According to the above website, "Starting 18 December 2010 ferryboat service between Koh Jum/Phi Phi Island will BEGIN RUNNING FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!. Boats will operate daily service ONE TIME EACH WAY until the end of the 2010-2011 tourist season, whenever that is."

Does anyone know if this correct? And how much it'd cost?

From what i understand from previous posts, if this isn't up and running it's a bit of a long way round to get from Koh Jum to Koh Phi Phi - or a fairly pricey longtail charter.
