BTW I believe most of us know it as Xinjiang not Sinkiang...

it has not buses from yecheng to ali. firstly,kashgar to yecheng by bus and then waving your hand on the roadside, usually driver be able to stop. the line is yecheng to shiquanheʨȪºÓ1339km.by the way,ali is not a city,it is an area. wish you lucky!!!
