Itinerary suggestions for Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania in feb-marchCountry forums / Africa / Uganda
Hi everyone. I'm planning to go in Uganda, Rwanda, tanzania in mid-februrary to end of march. Any suggestions for itinerary? Is it a good time for gorilla watching and chimpanzee encounters? Where should I go in Tanzania for good game viewing? Don't want to climb kili as it's not a good moment to climb it. I'm a 40 year-old man used to travel in Africa (Senegal, Madagascar, South Africa, Morrocco, Egypt). What are your suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Try Serengeti or Ngorongoro parks in Tz for excellent game viewing: Suggested Itinerary | 1
For not do twice the same path you should do Entebbe Airport -> Lake Bunyonyi -> Bwindi and not the other way round is after you want to go to rwanda. Another thing, try to book the Gorilla permit first, and then try to think to an itinerary, not always you get the permit on the day you thought. | 2
It is always a good time for gorilla watching. The trackers know where they are, so you will definitely see them. | 3
Feb and March are good months for Gorilla tracking and chimpanzee encounters. In Tanzania, you can go to Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro and may be Tarangire for good game viewing safaris. Itineray below: Day 1, Arrival at Entebbe note: How many days do you have for such a safari? For more information you can contact me, i can help you out | 4
you can either track the gorillas in Uganda or Rwanda. But if you do not mind about the costs, you can track the Gorillas in Both countries. | 5
I'd recommend a Northern circuit tour of Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and then lastly the Serengeti. | 6
