Is Madagascar a dangerous travel destination?

Well danger is everywhere and I think its not that bad dangerous destination. If you're really scared of risks then you can choose non risky ares there.

Yes: it is almost half as dangerous as the USA.

I'm sure those lemurs can give you a nasty bite.

I visited Madagascar last year. Great experience.

Madagascar is a unique country. As soon as you enter it you realise that you are going to see something different.

Malagasy people are simple, smiling, honest and helpful. Last month I was in Tanzania and after not-so-pleasant Tanzanian experience I can easily say that.

In Madagascar there are no dangerous animals. But in some areas Crocs do exist.
