What does the text say?

It's all rather prosaic:

"lionn dubh dúbalta" is something like "double (strength) black beer" or "stout".

"Geata San Séamuis Áth Cliath" is Saint James's Gate, Dublin.

"ár n a cur i mbuideil ag": bottled at (followed by an address I can't make out).

"Ná cuireann i mbuidéil aon lionn dubh ná pórtair eile": they don't bottle any other stour or porter.

(Here I've used the modern practice of writing a h instead of a dot over a letter, for example at the end of Áth - some of the dots seem to be missing or unclear in your example).
