International SIM card

hey i wanted to see what options there are for an international sim card??????????? i'm moving around alot in a short period of time so i can't buy sim cards in each country... i need something that covers italy, greece, turkey, UAE and egypt.... suggestions?

usually if you're on contract with a gsm provider, you can enable roaming - that means (phone permitting) you could roam in all those countries. it's usually expensive to make/receive calls though.
