Indian Visa in Istanbul

Have any non-turkish nationals have successfully obtained an Indian Tourist Visa in Istanbul (or Ankara) recently?

I'm not sure if I will have time to get the Indian visa here in Canada before I depart and want to know how possible/easy it is to get it on the road.
