Indian visa collection notification?

Hi there, does anyone know whether the IVS at Bangkok call or email when the Indian visa is ready? It's been 7 working days and I still haven't heard from them. I did remember I pay 60 baht for notification tho, but apparently it didn't show on my receipt. So I am kind of confused.
