independent shops-local designers-fashion and vegan food in Warsaw

Where do I find shops with items from local designers, independent shops in Warsaw? I'm going there for a long weekend in late february.

I am a vegan, as far as I can see there are some vegetarian restaurants, but are there vegan options? And is it possible to find soy milk in coffee shops? Any raw food cafes or restaurants? Health food shops?
