Hut to Hut hiking

Hello, My wife and I are flying into Prague on August 7th, 2012. We will have a rental car and would like to do a self guided 5 to 6 day hike in either the Czech republic, Austria, Slovenia or Croatia. We are would prefer to stay in nice huts, bed and breakfasts or hotels along the way. Going village to village would be very nice too. We are looking for a beautiful hike and nice food and beer in the hut etc we would spend the night. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
