Hungarian to English translation please!

What does the phrase ' Na jol van am! ' mean in English ?

Saw it as a response to a photo on Facebook and the Google Translate response doesn't make sense..

It may be that some of the vowels are meant to be accented but the person didn't have access to a Hungarian keyboard..but any help gratefully received!

Na jól van seems to mean OK. Could am be short for somebody's name?

...and, ám seems to mean However (according to freedict.com)/But (according to Google translator), if that makes any sense in the context where you saw the sentence.
