How easy is it to get my hands on a Costa Rican sim card for my mobile?

Just wondering are they easy to get hold of and if so how much are they? Thanks.

Damn near impossible...
CR doesn't have any competition (just the monopolistic government department in charge of telephones) in the cel phone market and they don't have prepaid cel phone accounts.
