| liel615:19 UTC02 Apr 2007 | Hi!
I'm sending out a call for a partner!
I have been living in Hanoi (Vietnam) for the last 3 months or so and am now planing a new adventure!:)
Actually, I am on very short notice for this, but I thought what the heck, I might as well try!
So anyway, here it is...
I am planing a 2-3 month bicycle trip from Hanoi through all of China right up to Mongolia...some 3000-3500 kms!
I would really like to find someone to share this amazing trip with! Com'on there's gotta be one of ya out there who's sick of his job, can't stand the color of his apartment, feels sick not from the amount of beers that ya drink, but from the place where you ALWAYS drink it! Or, even better, someone who's already somewheres in the area...and was actually thinkin' : "Gosh I wish someone would cycle across China with me!"
Anyway...I hope this message hits the right spot!... And if you don't feel up to this right now... please tell someone else, who might!:)
Cheers!
Thanks for the feedback,
Oh, yeah...I'm thinkin' of heading out around the middle of april...so soon!

Sounds like a plan but the idea of biking it isn't something I've thought about doing. I'm flying to Hong Kon too on May 1st, the magic of Oasis Airlines. I was just planning on overlanding it across China, down to Laos, Thailand, over to see a friend in cambodia, back to thailand and flying into Myanmar as you can't overland it apparently (I did overland it from Mae Sai last trip but it's difficult to get any further into Myanmar overland), north back into China, Tibet, Nepal, India, and Bangladesh. I've still not decided which way to come back but I'll be getting back to England overland from there. Same old beers in the same old pubs is doing my nut in too, and nothing changes when you come back anyway, so f**k it, I'm on the road again. Let me know what you think about getting together, even if I don't do the bike idea, seems we'll be about in Hong Kong around the same time so we could share a beer or two.
Cheers
Rich
