Hotel Semuc Champey

I am looking for the name of the place right next to the bridge at Semuc.
We stayed there for two nights and had a wonderfull time, but I don't remeber the name of the place.

I think you mean Posada Las Marias. It's about a Km from Semuc with a kitchen and where you can swing into the river from a rope.

Las Marias is the one that has the bar/dining room in the front building and the sleeping bunks behind, slightly up the hill! Great place ! And if you go, do the guide led tour through the caves--unforgettable!

It's a fairly new place with a view on the bridge, some 100 metres from the entrance of Semuc.
We really had a good time there, the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

well, the hotel it's a brand new one, it's called "el portal", it's located on top of a hill, very close to the entrance of the waterfalls.
I spent such a good time as well downthere!
Federico and Edgard are wonderful!
Edgard's brother is married with the owner of las marias hotel, the beautiful black haired woman, with black eyes as welll.
