hotel on khoa san road

hey,
i´m visiting thailand for the first time in middle may and i´m searching for a hotel (with an air-conditioner) where usually are some other travellers, too (i´m travelling alone and searching for connections)!! can anybody recommend one on the khoa san road?

hi there, i havent been to khoa san road yet but i read that the 'new world hotel' is good and 'buddy lodge' is good but a little pricey! check out there web sites!

I would recommend checking out soi Rambuttri right next to the Khoa san for better accomadations.

I would also suggest checking out Rambutrri Village inn and Lamphu house.

If you want to be on Kohsan Rd, then you could do worse than the D&D.. Should cost about 600 bht with Air-con, cabel TV, Attached Shower and Toilet and breakfast, and they have a roof top pool, nice for lazing around with a cold beer on a hot humid day.....I would suggest a room at the back as a room facing the street can be really noisy with Taxi's a Tuc Tucs starting engine's at all hours....
