Can anyone tell me the name of hostels in Netanya, Tzfat and Casarea ?

Yes, Ive seen these sites ( and not only them), but theres no information about any hostels in Netanya, Tzfat and Casarea.

Tzfat is listed on the Hostelling International site as Safed.
There are no hostels in Netanya or Caesarea.
